Trouble’s Braids is a musical duo from Colorado’s Front Range that creates dynamic folk music with teeth. They have been featured artists at Trident Cafe, Rock Inn Estes Park, Bootstrap Brewing, Gold Hill Store, Laughing Goat, DV8, Tandoori Speakeasy, and Roots Music Project and are actively booking out across Colorado.

Trouble’s Braids combines poignant lyricism, rich female and male harmonies, and great hooks with an unflinching curiosity about the dark and hidden corners of the human experience, all with a wink and a nod that invites the audience to come play.

Their influences are broad and deep, drawing inspiration from classic songwriters like Bob Dylan and Lucinda Williams, as well as more contemporary acts like Big Thief, Mitski, The Decemberists, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Mountain Goats, PJ Harvey, Tom Waits and Nick Cave.
